Cancellation Policies

General Booking Conditions

We will give you a refund if we cancel a tour or activity because of unfavorable weather or sea conditions.
If you do not show up at the scheduled time at the designated location, we will consider it a no-show. Note that no refund will be given in that case.
By booking with us you agree to provide any personal medical information we ask for. Failing to do so may lead to you not being able to participate in the tour or activity that you booked. Note that if this happens, no refund will be given.

Particular Cancellation Policies

BERRY NAHA

■ Introductory diving ■ Snorkeling ■ Combo Package	Normal Season	▪ Cancellations made before 7 pm the day before the activity will be refunded in full. ▪Cancellations made after 7 pm the day before the tour will be charged the full amount.
■ Introductory diving ■ Snorkeling ■ Combo Package	Group Bookings (6 people and above)	▪ Cancellations made before 7 pm 3 days before the trip will be refunded in full. ▪ For cancellations made up to 3 days before the activity date before 7 pm, we will refund 50% of the due amount. ▪Cancellations made after 7 pm the day before the tour will be charged the full amount.
■ Whale watching ■ Parasailing	Any season	▪ Cancellations made before 7 pm the day before the activity will be refunded in full. ▪ Cancellations made after 7 pm the day before the tour will be charged the full amount.
■ Cruise charter	October – June	▪ Cancellations made more than 14 days before the planned date will be refunded in full. ▪ For cancellations made less than 14 days before the planned date we will retain 50% of the full charter fee. ▪ For cancellations made less than 7 days before the planned date, we will charge the full charter fee but refund the sum paid for the activities. ▪ For cancellations made after less than 3 days before the charter day, we will charge you both charter and activity fees in full and no refund will be given.
■ Cruiser charter	July – September	▪ Cancellations made more than 14 days before the planned date will be refunded in full. ▪ For cancellations made less than 14 days before the planned date, we will charge the full charter fee but refund the sum paid for the activities. ▪ For cancellations made after less than 7 days before the charter day, we will charge you both charter and activity fees in full and no refund will be given.
